Our Return / Cancellation Policy:
For the first 7 days of your purchase, you may return merchandise for a full money back refund (excluding any shipping charges) or exchange. Between 7 and 45 days, you may return your merchandise for full money back refund, less a 15% restocking fee. In all cases, the cost of shipping the product is your responsibility.

Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards. Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. Please ship your parcel back to Astro Bargains freight prepaid and Insured. Sorry, Astro Bargains cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.

We do not accept returns of software, VCDs or DVDs, once opened, or any other consumable products or items which have been removed from the "blister-pack" packaging.

We also do not accept returns of "special order" items, and  were shipped in based upon your order only. This typically refers to items which would not normally be held in inventory, and would not be saleable to other customers within a reasonable timeframe. In all cases, the decision to classify an item as special order is solely at the discretion of Astro Bargains.

Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process from the country of origin (typically USA). Product Warranties:
All new merchandise bought from Astro Bargains are genuine, authentic and of consistent high quality and value. All items are warranted by either the manufacturer's warranty or if it is Grey market equipment it will be covered by Astro Bargains for 90 days from date of receipt. 

Used Equipment carries a 30 day Warranty

Our warranty provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss and theft. Our warranty is valid only at Astro Bargains. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Astro Bargains will void this warranty. Astro Bargains DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF THIS ITEM, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS. Our warranty is valid only in Singapore. After our warranty period, the product may still be covered for the duration of the original manufacturer's warranty, but the product will need to be returned to and from the USA at your cost. We do NOT accept Credit Cards at this time. Do consider using Paypal, which has the ability to accept credit card payments without the need to create an account with them.

Cheque:
If you would like to pay by cheque, please print out your order and mail it to us with a cheque enclosed. We will process your order immediately after the cheque is cleared. Please make cheques payable to "Astro Bargains". Also, do include a photocopy of your IC.

COD:
We do not accept COD orders on line or from international customers. Please call in or Email your order. COD Payment must be when you collect your items.

International Orders:

Duties and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. What does “Grey Market” mean?
"Grey market", also known as "direct import", are products imported directly (e.g. from the USA) into Singapore, and not through the manufacturer's authorized agent / distributor.

Are “Grey Market” products legally imported?
Yes, it is perfectly legal to Directly Import these products and sell it in Singapore. The term “Grey Market” was coined by manufacturer's authorized distributors who wanted to discourage consumers from buying these goods. Its proper name is "direct import",

What are the advantages “Grey Market” Goods ?
Since there is no factory authorized middle man involved in the import of these products the costs are lower, and so the price of the item is lower to you, the consumer.
In addition many items which are in short supply or are not imported at all by the manufacturer's authorized distributors are available in “Grey Market”

What are the disadvantages of “Grey Market” goods?
Again since there is no factory authorized middle man involved in the import of these products, there is no manufacturer's warranty
“Grey Market” Products purchased from Astro Bargains are warrantied by Astro Bargains and have to be returned to Astro Bargains for any in warranty repair.

Are there any additional differences?
There is no difference in the actual products. In most cases they are manufactured in the same place by the same people and with the same materials.

What Kind of warranty do we offer on “Grey Market” goods?
On “Grey Market” products purchased from Astro Bargains, we offer 3 months warranty. You would need to ship it to Astro Bargains for warranty service.

NOTE. You do not need a separate Astro Bargains warranty certificate, your Astro Bargains invoice is all you need to get warranty service on “Grey Market” products

What happens after the warranty expires?
Just like products with an expired Manufacturers’ warranty you would take the product to any convenient repair shop and pay for the repair
